Full job description
Our client is seeking dedicated Production Workers to join their team. As a Production Worker, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting production supervisors and plant leadership to ensure efficient, safe, and high-quality food production. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Production Worker
Location: Newberry, SC
Pay Range: $19.75-$23.85/hour
Shift: 1st shift 6am-4pm
What’s the Job?

Perform general production and general labor duties in a food manufacturing facility.

Assist with basic maintenance tasks, equipment setup, and production support.

Maintain clean and organized work areas while following sanitation procedures.

Follow all quality, safety, and food manufacturing standards.

Support production operations and complete additional tasks as assigned.
What’s Needed?
-
High School Diploma or GED required.
-
At least 3 years of general labor or general maintenance experience required
-
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
-
Comfortable working in cold warehouse or production areas.
-
Willingness to work overtime as needed and follow all safety procedures.
