Job Duties
CNC Machine Operator,Setup, or Programmers
1st shift Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm
2nd shift Monday-Friday 3:30pm-12am
Key Responsibilities:
Operate CNC mills, lathes, or Swiss machines to produce precision components.
Perform machine setups, tool changes, offsets, and adjustments as needed.
Read and interpret blueprints, shop travelers, and work instructions.
Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision tools.
Monitor machine performance and make corrections to maintain quality and efficiency.
Complete basic or advanced G code edits/programming depending on skill level.
Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow all safety procedures.
Work independently and as part of a team to meet production goals.
Minimum Education Required
High School Diploma
Minimum Experience Required
Experience preferred but manufacturing skills such as plastic injection molding, sheet metal , punch press will also be looked at for these entry level positions (machine operators).
