Medical Supply Kit Production Associate - Blue Bell, PA (Onsite)

We have an incredible opportunity for a part-time Medical Supply Kit Production Associate to join ICON’s Accellacare In-Home Care team, on a 6-month contract. The Production Associate is responsible for fulfilling work orders to include kits and bulk supplies for investigator sites.

This role is with Accellacare (https://www.accellacare.com/about) , part of ICON's clinical research network, where you’ll play a key role in transforming the clinical trial experience for patients and sponsors alike. Our global site network is designed with one goal in mind: to deliver better access, greater efficiency, and improved outcomes in clinical research.

Details:

  • Location: 731 Arbor Way, Blue Bell, PA, United States

  • Hours : Part Time - 24 hours per week (arrival time between 7:00-9:00am ET)

  • Contract Duration : 6 months, with potential to extend or convert permanent

What you will be doing:

  • Process work orders by printing necessary documents (barcodes, requisition forms, and kit production forms) and assemble kits with medical supplies for shipment to investigator sites

  • Refurbish specimen shipping boxes and disassemble supplies returned from investigator sites

  • Perform additional responsibilities as requested by management

  • Assist with inventory and stocking of equipment

Your profile:

  • 6 months of clinical research or medical experience

  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

  • Comfortable performing tasks that require standing, walking, bending, and light lifting 60% of the time

  • Basic computer skills, including the ability to navigate systems, enter data accurately, and use standard Microsoft Office software

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
