Arlington Central School District is currently recruiting for Anticipated Part-time Teaching Assistant positions at our Arlington High School as indicated below for the 2026-2027 school year.

(1) 35 hr/wk Part-time Special Education Teaching Assistants (Life Skills)

Starting Salary $23,377

The District offers:

Paid sick and personal days as well as health insurance coverage for positions that are 20 hrs/wk or more

Some paid holidays for those positions of 20 hrs/wk or more.

Optional enrollment in 403B and/or NYS Teacher Retirement System (Pension)

Tuition reimbursement program (up to $1,000)
Starting salary is approximately $18.05/hr. However, positions of 25 hours or more are salaried September through June.
Anticipated positions will range in hours approximately 27.5 hours per week up to 35 hours per week.

Job Qualifications
Current NYS Teaching Assistant Certification preferred but required prior to January 2027.
