  • Influence marketing strategy across multiple global regions without direct authority, aligning executive stakeholders around shared business priorities while ensuring consistent execution across international markets.

  • Align marketing investments with strategic business priorities while measuring performance through pipeline influence, customer engagement, campaign effectiveness, marketing ROI, and overall business impact.

  • Develop dashboards and marketing analytics (business insights) to optimize marketing effectiveness and support data-driven decision making.

  • Manage partners, marketing budgets, external resources, and strategic initiatives to maximize business performance and operational excellence.

  • Recruit, coach, and develop high-performing marketing professionals while fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of progressive B2B marketing experience with increasing strategic leadership responsibility.

  • 5+ years of experience leading integrated marketing programs within a complex, matrixed organization.

  • Demonstrated success developing and executing global go-to-market strategies that drive measurable business growth.

  • Experience partnering with executive sales leadership, Supplier Relations, and strategic technology partners to develop business growth initiatives.

  • Proven ability to influence senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders across multiple business units and geographic regions without direct authority.

  • Strong executive communication, strategic planning, organizational leadership, and relationship management skills.

  • Experience managing marketing budgets, agencies, and external business partners.

  • Strong analytical skills with experience measuring marketing performance, business outcomes, and return on marketing investment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience marketing enterprise technology solutions including Data Centers, digital infrastructure, networking, connectivity, cloud infrastructure, AI infrastructure, physical security, industrial technology, or other B2B technology markets.
