Full job description
Our partner agency is looking for a Sales Agent to manage the Spanish-speaking market on the Evaneos platform. Based in Sunshine Coast and working in a hybrid setup — with the possibility of a fully remote arrangement depending on the candidate's profile (to be discussed with the agency) — you will be the key point of contact for Spanish-speaking travelers dreaming of discovering Australia in a tailor-made, responsible way.
This is a full-time, permanent role where you'll work closely with the local team to design, sell, and follow up on customized travel experiences — from the very first conversation with the traveler to the end of their journey on the ground.
Your main missions Sales & customer support

Engage with Spanish-speaking travelers through the Evaneos platform and build a relationship of trust from the first contact

Understand each traveler's expectations, travel style, and specific needs to propose the most relevant experience

Provide expert guidance on Australian destinations, cultures, landscapes, and local traditions

Design personalized itineraries that reflect both the traveler's vision and the agency's editorial identity
Operations & practical management

Prepare and validate quotes with accuracy and attention to detail

Coordinate bookings with hotels, guides, and transport providers to ensure smooth and reliable logistics

Handle billing and administrative follow-up throughout the sales process

Match traveler requests with the right local partners to guarantee quality and consistency
Customer care & quality during the trip

Act as the main point of contact for travelers during their stay in Australia

Handle any complaints, cancellations, or unexpected situations with professionalism and calm
Responsible tourism

Promote sustainability practices in every traveler interaction and itinerary recommendation
