You’ll lead complex implementations from early scoping through production launch, working closely with customers and internal teams to align on requirements, timelines, and success metrics. You’ll ensure that each deployment is well-coordinated, executed on time, and set up to scale.

  • Track progress, manage risks, and remove blockers throughout the delivery lifecycle

  • Monitor AI agent performance in production and drive follow-up improvements

  • Identify and develop new AI use cases with customers to expand adoption and impact

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–5 years of experience in technical program management, delivery, consulting, investment banking, or fast-growing startups

  • Strong project management, organization, and communication skills

  • Comfort working with technical concepts such as APIs, data flows, and system integrations

  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and keep complex efforts moving forward

  • Proactive, hands-on mindset and interest in AI-driven products

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field

Nice to Have

  • Experience working in a high-growth or early-stage startup environment

  • Experience supporting production software launches and ongoing operations
