What You'll Be Doing
-
Lead daily ready mix dispatch operations to ensure safe, efficient, and on-time product deliveries.

Optimize fleet and driver scheduling to maximize service levels and operational performance.

Monitor transportation and dispatch metrics, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Partner with operations, sales, and customer service teams to quickly resolve issues and enhance the customer experience.

Coach, develop, and support dispatch team members while promoting a culture of safety, accountability, and teamwork.
What Are We Looking For

Demonstrated ability to lead teams and coordinate work in a dynamic transportation, logistics, or operations environment.

Strong knowledge of dispatching, routing, fleet coordination, and customer service practices.

Proven capability to analyze operational data, solve problems, and make sound business decisions.

Effective communication and collaboration skills with the ability to build positive relationships across all levels of the organization.

Strong organizational skills and proficiency with transportation, dispatch, and business management systems.
Work Environment

Primarily office-based with regular interaction with drivers, operations personnel, and customers.

Fast-paced environment requiring effective prioritization and responsiveness to changing business needs.

Frequent use of computers, dispatch software, and communication systems.

May require occasional travel and flexibility in work schedules to support State of Georgia operational requirements.

Competitive base salary, $77,180 to $102,900, and participation in our annual incentive plan.
