Sentara Anesthesiology Specialists is seeking a full-time BC/BE Anesthesiologist to join our collegial and highly respected team at Sentara Martha Jefferson Hospital, a 176-bed award-winning hospital located in beautiful Charlottesville, Virginia.
This is an excellent opportunity to practice in a physician-led, patient-centered environment that offers a strong work-life balance, competitive compensation, and the support of one of the nation's leading integrated healthcare systems.
Position Highlights
- Care Team Model
- Diverse case mix with no trauma, burns, or transplants.
- Call schedule of 1:14 with a post-call day off.
- Shift-based compensation model with expected annual compensation of $489,000+ and opportunities for additional earnings.
- Quality Bonus: $15,000 annually.
- Generous sign-on/commencement bonus.
- 10 weeks of paid time off.
- Annual CME allowance of $7,500.
- Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability coverage.
