Job Description

Job Summary:

Join our team to design and build cutting-edge automated test systems for advanced infrared technology. In this role, you’ll develop and support electronic and software-based test solutions, partner closely with product development, and drive performance through data and continuous improvement. This is a hands-on opportunity to work on complex systems, solve real-world challenges, and directly impact product quality and innovation.

What You’ll Do:

  • Design, build, and configure automated test equipment (ATE)

  • Debug and validate test hardware and software

  • Analyze data, apply SPC methods, and drive yield improvements

  • Develop test plans, procedures, and timelines

  • Collaborate with engineering teams to support new product development

  • Contribute to circuit design reviews and next-generation test capabilities

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering + 5+ years of relevant experience

  • Strong background in electronic hardware testing and ATE systems

  • Programming experience (C#, Python, MATLAB, or similar)

  • Familiarity with FPGA tools (Verilog, Xilinx, Quartus)

  • Hands-on problem solver with strong analytical skills

  • Infrared, wafer probing, or ROIC experience is a plus

  • Must be US Person or PERM Resident

Salary Range:

$120,300.00-$160,400.000

The anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate. Actual compensation for successful candidates is carefully determined based on several factors including, but not limited to, location, local regulations (such as minimum wage), education/training, work experience, key skills, and type of position.
