Du möchtest neben dem Studium direkt ins Berufsleben einsteigen? Dann starte mit einem dualen Studium bei UPS. Hier wird Theorie mit wertvoller Praxiserfahrung verbunden. So kannst du früh Verantwortung übernehmen und dein Wissen gezielt für die Herausforderungen in der globalen Logistik einsetzen.

  • Kennenlernen aller Abläufe rund um die logistischen Prozesse der Paketsortierung
  • Du sammelst Praxiserfahrung bei uns an 3 Tagen in der Woche und vertiefst dein Wissen an der CBS an 2 Tagen in der Woche
  • Von Anfang an arbeitest du praxisnah in verschiedenen Fachbereichen mit: Kund*innenbetreuung, HR/Recruiting, Payroll, Paketsortierung und lernst auch das operative Tagesgeschäft kennen
  • An der CBS lernst du alles über: Personal- und Dienstleistungsmanagement, strategische Unternehmensführung, Wirtschaftspsychologie und vieles mehr

Deine Fähigkeiten

  • Gutes Fachabitur oder Abitur (zwingende Voraussetzung)
  • Interesse für die Logistik
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Grundkenntnisse in MS Office
  • Eigeninitiative, Lernbereitschaft und Engagement
  • Interesse, im Unternehmen aktiv mitzuwirken
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein und selbständige sowie sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
