Looking for a self driven, disciplined person that can fill a 40+ hour per week maintenance job for a McDonalds Franchise in the Ann Arbor, Michigan area. Must have own transportation, proof of automobile insurance and driver's license. Reliable Transportation is a must as this job requires an average of 75% travel in a week. Mileage reimbursement. Flexible schedule (typically early mornings, occasionally weekends or nights) Basic skill knowledge for Maintenance type work:

• Filtering

• Painting

• Tile Repairs / Grout Work

• Small Equipment Repairs

• Support for Maintenance Supervisor Requirements

• Other Tasks assigned by Supervisors or Owner

Starting at $18.50/hour + Mileage reimbursement + $250 hiring bonus
