What you’ll do

As an Account Installation Specialist, you’ll help set up and maintain new client/group accounts inside internal enrollment/billing systems. This is a detail-heavy role that involves building account structures, validating setup accuracy, and researching discrepancies across multiple systems.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Build and install new accounts into core platforms and supporting systems (account structure + billing setup)

  • Ensure setup matches documented requirements and standards

  • Coordinate and complete structure revisions when changes are needed

  • Research and resolve setup/structure issues and errors

  • Audit contract loads for quality and reporting standards

  • Reconcile discrepancies by comparing documentation to multiple internal systems

  • Analyze transactional data and retroactive eligibility changes to resolve issues

  • Maintain internal tracking and database updates; monitor daily reports for inventory control

  • Communicate primarily via email with internal partners (and occasionally external partners)

What we’re looking for (must-haves)

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • 1+ year of experience in the insurance industry (or closely related environment)

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy (you’ll be working with account structure and billing setup)

  • Solid organization and time management skills (handling multiple items at once)

  • Clear written communication (email-heavy role)

  • Strong problem-solving skills (ability to investigate errors across systems)

Nice to have

  • Experience working with eligibility, billing, enrollment, or group/account setup workflows

  • Comfort reconciling reports and identifying root causes of data mismatches

  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced “busy season” environment
