Meadows & Ohly is hiring a Senior Data & AI Engineer. The Senior Data & AI Engineer will design, develop, and scale Meadows & Ohly's enterprise data platform and AI capabilities, expanding the Snowflake lakehouse, building scalable pipelines, and creating AI‑powered solutions while collaborating with teams and mentoring junior members.

Key focus areas include Design, develop, and optimize Snowflake data platform using medallion architecture, Build and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines integrating enterprise systems, and Develop AI‑powered applications including RAG pipelines and intelligent search.

Successful candidates bring Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Engineering Or Related Field, 5+ Years Experience Designing And Supporting Enterprise Data Platforms, and Snowflake Certification Or Equivalent Experience. Important skills include Snowflake, SQL, Python, ETL/ELT Pipelines, Cloud-Based Data Architectures, and AI Technologies. Preferred (not required): Coaching, Healthcare Industry Experience, Commercial Real Estate Industry Experience, and Regulated Industries Experience.
