Full job description

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations in our Richmond, UT location. This temporary part-time position will run through December, with hours scheduled from 12:00 PM to 4:30 PM . The schedule and potential for increased hours will be re-evaluated based on business needs after December.

Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Location: Richmond, UT

Pay: $18.00-$19.00/hourly DOE

Schedule: Part-Time | Monday-Friday 12:00 PM - 4:30 PM

This role is ideal for an organized professional who enjoys administrative support, multitasking, and helping maintain efficient office operations.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain organization of office documents, files, and administrative records.

  • Assist with scheduling, calendar coordination, and meeting preparation.

  • Perform accurate data entry and maintain company records.

  • Communicate professionally with internal team members and relay information as needed.

  • Support general office operations and complete additional administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Previous administrative, clerical, or office support experience preferred.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.

  • Professional communication and interpersonal skills.
