What You’ll Do:

Supervise dietary aides and kitchen staff during shift

Ensure food is prepared and served per care plans/diet orders
-Maintain sanitation and food safety standards
- Support inventory, ordering, and portion control
-Assist with resident meal satisfaction and special requests
