About the Opportunity:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Remove weldments from the paint line conveyor, inspect for quality, remove plugs/masking and place on cart/pallet/rack.
Remove hooks from weldments and re-hang on hook rack by size
Document and process reorders when needed
Wrap and box parts
Complete order sheets
Operate hoist
REQUIREMENTS:
High School Diploma or GED
Effectively communicate
Read and understand work instructions
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Lift up to 30 lbs frequently and 50 lbs occasionally
Push/pull up to 25 lbs
Walk, stand, bend, twist/turn, reach overhead and grasp tools as necessary
Operate hoist

Your base wage will be between $20.00 - $22.75 per hour and includes eligibility for overtime. The actual wage offer will be based on qualifications, experience, location, and other relevant factors. You'll have the opportunity to participate in the Production Bonus Plan, which provides opportunities to earn additional compensation based on performance metrics. Bonus eligibility is subject to meeting certain production goals and other criteria as outlined.
