The technician partners with engineering, operations, and supply chain teams to resolve and prevent quality issues, conducts various inspections, and verifies products meet company, customer, and regulatory standards. They also record inspection results, prepare quality reports, and evaluate and process returned goods.

Preferred (not required): Incoming Inspection, In-Process Inspection, Final Inspection, and Root Cause Investigations.

Key Responsibilities

Perform incoming, in‑process, and final inspections on materials and products.

Assist in root cause investigations and support corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

Identify, document, and segregate nonconforming material.
-
Partner with engineering, operations, and supply chain teams to resolve and prevent quality issues.

Conduct visual, dimensional, and functional inspections according to engineering drawings, specifications, and work instructions.

Verify that products meet company, customer, and regulatory standards / specifications.

Record Inspection results accurately in logs, forms, or digital systems.

Prepare quality reports and communicate findings to supervisors or engineering teams.

Evaluate and process returned goods (RMA) and document findings.

Support SPC data collection and trend analysis.
