About Mintifi We are Mintifi, a Mumbai based fin-tech working on India's first data-driven supply chain financing platform. We are solving huge problem of inefficient and costly access to credit for millions of Indians distributors and retailers. We use hi-tech data driven and new-age credit models and IT solutions to solve this. We are founded by experienced entrepreneurs having experience in Investment Banking, SME Lending and Distributed Processing systems and building the businesses ground up. Job Title: Quality Analyst
Responsibilities We are looking for a Frontend Developer who can drive innovation, take ownership and deliver results.
- Review and analyze system specifications
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop effective strategies and test plans
- Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results
- Create logs to document testing phases and defects
- Report bugs and errors to development teams
- Help troubleshoot issues
- Conduct post-release/ post-implementation testing
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a QA tester or similar role
- Experience in project management and QA methodology
- Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing is a plus
- Ability to document and troubleshoot errors
- Working knowledge of test management software (e.g. qTest, Zephyr) and SQL
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude
- BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
