Overview:

SRMH Orthopedics and Spine Center is seeking a Senior Clinical Support LPN to join our team in Harrisonburg, VA.

Position Status: Full-time Days

Overview

The Clinical Team Lead collaborates with the Assistant Practice Manager and the Practice Manager to ensure the efficient and effective clinical operations of a practice. Assumes responsibility and accountability for daily clinical operations. Supports employees with solutions for everyday operational needs. Manage multiple projects and performs special work assignments as needed. Support Assistant Practice Manager, Practice Manager, Director and other leadership team members as needed. Collaborate with cross-departmental/divisional teams to achieve goals. Takes initiative and implements new processes independently. Acts as a role model for the clinical team and subject matter expert in clinical areas.

Experience

  • Medical Office -1 year required
  • Patient Care - 2 years required
  • Administrative - 1 year required

Education

  • Trade School Graduate required

Certification/Licensure

  • VA or Compact LPN License required
  • BLS required within 90 days of hire.
  • Medication Administration (certification/training) is preferred.
