Join our Oncology Team as a Nurse Practitioner, providing compassionate, patient-focused care in a collaborative and mission-driven environment. This role emphasizes health maintenance, disease prevention, patient education, counseling, and working closely with a supervising physician within your full scope of practice.

About the Role

 Provide acute and chronic care following clinical standards

 Conduct assessments, gather patient data, and develop or adjust care plans

 Educate patients and families and offer guidance in person or by phone

 Document all encounters accurately in the medical record

 Collaborate with providers and the care team to support safe, high-quality care

 Participate in quality improvement and maintain compliance with all regulations

 Support a positive patient experience through strong communication and service

 Follow Studer principles, including AIDET and daily huddles

What You Bring

Education & Experience

 Graduate of an accredited Advanced Practice Nursing program

 Oncology nursing experience required

Licenses & Certifications

 Current Kentucky or Multi-State NP License

 BLS Certification

 DEA license (as required)

 Eligible or board-certified by appropriate governing body

 Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving

 Professionalism, compassion, and adaptability
