Day-to-Day:

Insight Global is looking for a Construction Estimator to produce estimates for high-end residential projects while coordinating with homeowners, architects, contractors, and real estate agents. This individual will support sales and project flow under the owner/operator and manage details across multiple projects simultaneously, with a focus on approximately 80% estimating and coordination and 20% administrative and operational support.

Skills and Requirements

  • Extremely detail-oriented

  • Strong communication skills (internal + external)

  • Customer service mindset (high-touch clients)

  • Ability to help manage and support ~50% of business operations tied to sales/estimating

 • Exposure to construction drawings / plans

 • Tech-savvy (comfortable learning estimating software)

 • QuickBooks (or willingness to learn)

Organized and able to stay on top of multiple moving pieces • Construction / estimating experience

  • Experience with high-end or luxury residential projects

  • Former athletes (work ethic, competitiveness, coachability)

  • Entry-level candidates with strong drive (no degree required)
