Overview Pay: $44.00 to $55.01/Hour

Department :  Physical Therapy 

Facility :  Bridgton Hospital 

Location : 10 HOSPITAL DRIVE BRIDGTON, Maine 04009

Responsibilities Supervises Rehab Services daily activities. Coordinates and supervises staff and clinical affiliates, treatments and activity schedule. Assists in planning and establishing policies and procedures and development of new programs. Trains and monitors competency of new and current personnel. Assists in staff performance evaluations. Direct patient care including evaluation and treatment as dictated by census with a negative variance. Assists Director in management of department and assumes any delegated assignments.

Qualifications Education and Work Experience

  • Graduate from an approved school of physical therapy with a BA or BS degree.

  • Three years experience as a practicing physical therapist.

  • Licensed by the Physical Therapy Board of state.

  • BCLS for healthcare provider?s certification upon hire and maintain current.  

 

Pay Transparency Bridgton Hospital offers competitive compensation and a reasonable compensation estimate for this role is $44.00 to $55.01. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
