Job Duties
The Adult/Children's Services Practitioner provides rehabilitative and case management mental health services to adults and children in the community setting.
Minimum Education Required
Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or behavioral health field from accredited college or university plus 2000 hours of supervised mental health experience or 4000 hours of supervised mental health experience. Driver’s license and proof of insurance coverage required.
