Job Description (General Summary)
Intralox, L.L.C. Quality Department has an opening for a Quality Assurance Inspector supporting our Vendor Quality Team. This position will be scheduled to be On Campus Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Overtime and weekend work may be required as needed.

Job Responsibilities and Requirements
Responsibilities:

Accurately and consistently verifies incoming material meets Intralox drawings and Quality standards prior to placement in inventory.

Supports quality projects and continuous improvement efforts.

Documents and issues Intralox Nonconformance Reports, quarantines nonconforming product
-
Ensures that the Quality Assurance sampling plans are being followed.

Makes decisions based on inspection data and Quality Standards.

Ensures accurate data entry into the appropriate Quality databases
-
Maintains cleanliness and organization of QC Lab.
-
Assists with training of QA backups.
-
Communicates quality data through documentation, email, and personal interfaces.
Requirements:
-
High school graduate (or G. E. D. equivalent)
-
Minimum of 3 years experience working in a manufacturing environment.
-
Minimum of 6 months experience working within a Quality Control division of a manufacturing company.

Experience reading engineering drawings
-
Demonstrated success working independently.
-
Good analytical and problem solving skills.
-
Passion for learning and growth with a demonstrated record of self-management.
-
Strong attention to detail with Quality minded experience.
-
Excellent decision making, organization and communication skills.
-
Above proficient in standard software packages (MS Office, Excel, Teams etc.)

1+ years of experience in an engineering, supply chain or quality related field.
Desired Qualifications:

1+ years of experience in an engineering, supply chain or quality related field.

Previous experience working with suppliers.

Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills.

Root Cause Corrective Action experience.

Statistical Process Control experience.

Keyence, CMM, hand gaging or other measurement system experience.

ASQ Certified Quality Inspector preferred.
