Job Description

We are seeking a Sr Product Owner to join our dynamic team within the Zinc Data Team supporting Traded Products initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in business analysis, project/program delivery, and capital markets risk and regulatory data and a proven ability to deliver end-to-end solutions, manage complex stakeholder needs, and drive regulatory and data quality outcomes.

Responsibilities:

Own end-to-end project and program delivery for Traded Products initiatives.

Analyze downstream data requirements and design end-to-end solutions enabling GMPP/Zinc to support key programs.

Produce and maintain BRDs, FRDs, JIRA tickets, project plans, and resource allocation artifacts.

Manage and track project task execution, including ad hoc user data requests.

Partner with technology teams and business stakeholders to define scope, approach, and execution plans.

Track, prioritize, and drive resolution of data quality issues.

Oversee day-to-day project execution and provide regular status updates to the PMO.

Perform deep-dive analysis to identify root causes and drive issue resolution.

Proactively identify, escalate, and resolve risks, issues, conflicts, and delivery roadblocks.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 7 years of experience, 10+ preferred, including at least 2 years in a combined Business Analyst and Project Manager role within a financial institution.

Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Deep expertise in Enterprise Credit and Market Risk Management systems and knowledge of Dodd-Frank, Volcker, and Basel regulatory initiatives.

Solid understanding of FICC and Equities OTC derivatives, derivative risk sensitivities (Greeks), and P&L scenario analysis.

Experience with large-scale bank risk data warehouses is a plus.

Proven experience working with cross-functional, global teams in fast-paced environments with evolving requirements.

Strong understanding of asset classes, core risk concepts, business processes, and data flows.

Experience using project management and reporting tools.

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of the trade lifecycle, risk management processes, and front-to-back office flows.

Experience delivering complex regulatory-driven initiatives.

Demonstrated business acumen, innovation, and problem solving.

Track record of client relationship management, analytical rigor, execution, and change leadership.
