Full job description

The Business Development team owns new supplier acquisition across Europe and the UK, identifying, qualifying, and converting Health & Beauty suppliers into active Qogita partners. By growing our supplier network, the team plays a key role in expanding our product offering and supporting Qogita's growth. As a Sales Operations Intern, you'll support the team by building the systems, processes, and insights that help them operate more efficiently and scale effectively. Sitting at the intersection of sales operations, data, automation, and process improvement, you'll use analytical thinking and technology to solve commercial challenges, improve the quality of our data, and enable smarter decision-making. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain exposure to how a fast-growing B2B wholesale platform scales its commercial operations while delivering measurable business impact. Maintain CRM data quality and support the day-to-day administration of our CRM.

  • Conduct market mapping, lead research, and account enrichment using AI tools, data providers, and public sources.
  • Build and maintain high-quality lead databases through data cleaning, enrichment, validation, and automated workflows.
  • Create reports and dashboards that provide visibility into pipeline performance, sales activity, and key operational metrics.
  • Identify opportunities to improve sales processes and automate repetitive tasks using AI and no-code tools.
  • Support lead management, routing, ownership, and pipeline hygiene across the Business Development team.
  • Create documentation, playbooks, and scalable operational processes that improve the speed, quality, and efficiency of the team.
  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Operations, Economics, Engineering, Data, or another analytical, operational, or technical field.
  • Previous internships, coursework, or projects in sales operations, business operations, consulting, analytics, automation, or process improvement are a plus, but not required.
  • Strong spreadsheet skills (Excel or Google Sheets) are essential. Experience with CRM platforms (e.g. HubSpot or Salesforce), AI tools, or automation platforms is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an interest in using data and technology to improve business processes.
  • Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • A proactive, curious mindset with a strong sense of ownership and a desire to create measurable business impact.
  • Available to work full-time, office-based in Amsterdam for a six-month internship starting in August 2026.
