Our client, a leading food and beverage distribution company, is hiring a Data Entry Analyst in Rosemont, IL!

This is a 6 month W2 contract with benefits!

In this role, you will support supply chain operations by entering and tracking purchase orders, monitoring inventory data, and maintaining accurate records using Excel and supplier portals . You will research and resolve inventory and order discrepancies, work closely with Operations, and ensure orders are processed accurately and on time.

Responsibilities:

  • Enter and manage purchase orders, forecasted orders, and inventory data with a high level of accuracy.

  • Track inbound shipments, monitor supplier portals, and resolve order or inventory discrepancies.

  • Analyze inventory and sales data, prepare reports, and collaborate with Operation s to maintain accurate inventory records.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of data entry or supply chain experience.

  • Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP); SAP or Blue Yonder preferred.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
