Join Our Dynamic Team as a Behavior Technician (RBT)!

Your Role:

Clinical Excellence: Manage behaviors using individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and collect data to track progress.

Family Engagement: Work closely with families, providing daily feedback and coaching during sessions.

Community Integration: Deliver services in various community settings, fostering social interactions and independence.
Administrative Duties:

Efficient Communication: Respond to emails and messages within 24 hours.

Detailed Documentation: Convert completed sessions daily, obtain parent signatures, and write thorough session notes.

Team Collaboration: Attend staff meetings and mandatory training sessions, addressing any issues that arise.
What We're Looking For:

Experience: 1 year preferred but not required.

Availability: Monday to Friday, 3 PM – 8 PM

Certifications: Driver's License required; RBT certification preferred. Fingerprint clearance (DOJ and FBI), CPR, and First Aid certification required.

Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, organization, and teamwork abilities.
Physical Requirements:

Active Participation: Ability to kneel, squat, sit, stand, and engage in physical activities with clients.

Physical Support: Assist clients with activities, including carrying objects up to 50 lbs.
