A client of Insight Global is seeking a Test Technician to inspect, troubleshoot, and rework system functionality in an installation-site environment. This role is responsible for identifying failure modes, executing troubleshooting activities, validating fixes, and delivering structured reporting back to Quality Engineering and Test Engineering stakeholders. The ideal candidate is a strong problem solver with hands-on technical experience and clear communication skills.

Skills and Requirements

1+ years experience as a Test Technician, Manufacturing Test Tech, or Field Service Technician.

1+ years experience troubleshooting electromechanical systems or integrated hardware.

Strong ability to identify, document, and communicate failure modes and corrective actions. 1+ year experience with system configuration, programming, or firmware updates.

Experience supporting automation, robotics, or system-level testing.

Prior collaboration with Test Engineering teams on structured failure analysis.
