The Retreat at Decatur is hiring Resident Care Associates to provide high‑quality hands‑on care, physical and emotional support, and wellness services to residents in assisted living and memory care neighborhoods, following personalized service plans and maintaining a safe, comfortable environment.

Key focus areas include Participate in development of Personalized Service Plans and updates; attend service plan review meetings with families, Follow the hydration schedule established for residents during the shift, and Complete resident meal attendance sheets and provide room service for residents not dining in the dining room.

Successful candidates bring Must Be 18+ and Ability To Work Weekends Evenings And Flexible Hours. Important skills include Universal Precautions, Resident Care, Personalized Service Plan Development, Hydration Schedule Management, Meal Attendance Tracking, and Resident Rights Knowledge. Preferred (not required): Providing Quality Care, Physical Support, Emotional Support, and Maintaining Safe Environment.
