Job Summary

R3 requires a Warehouse Coordinator to support Shipping and Receiving Warehouse functions and Inventory Control Point Coordination of logistics and associated foreign and domestic shipping of a variety of EOD and dive equipment, to include cargo shipping, domestic air bills, Letters of Credit (LOC), International commercial invoices, and letters of instruction concerning Explosive Ordnance Disposal Expeditionary Support. EOD Group TWO serves as the materiel, and logistics support commodity manager for EODGRU TWO commands. Approximately 10% of travel is anticipated.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the shipping of all material from EODGRU TWO and all its CONUS subordinate commands to include shipping of classified materials. Verify the receipt, accounting, and documentation of material received at EODESU TWO. With this comes the expectation of notifying appropriate parties upon the receipt of material and validating with them that material against pertinent documentation.

  • Verify that all material shipped from EODGRU TWO meets all domestic and foreign government export/import laws and regulations prior to shipment.

  • Validate that materials shipped from EODGRU TWO are verified against pertinent documentation.

  • Schedule and track all inbound and outbound shipments, less Coordinated Shipboard Allowance List (COSAL) material, and monitor and track shipping vendor performance.

  • Track and recommend processes and procedures to ensure safe, timely, and efficient workflows.

  • Assist in the preparation of all material for shipment, to include packing, palletizing, banding and the unpacking and inventory accounting of all material, less COSAL

Qualifications

  • SME qualifications for this level of support are defined as a previously qualified military Warehouse Coordinator having obtained eight (8) years of knowledge and experience in warehouse operations and no less than four (4) years’ experience in warehouse management. Two (2) years’ experience coordinating foreign and domestic shipping processes.

  • Must have a valid driver’s license as well as be able to immediately obtain and maintain qualification to operate forklift trucks (4K-20K lb rating) and other material handling equipment used in EOD warehouses.

  • Ability to pass pre-employment (and random drug) screens and background investigation

  • Must be proficient in the use of basic computer programs including but not limited to Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

  • Must have a Secret clearance
