Our client, a leading organization in the electronics manufacturing sector, is seeking a Process Engineer to join their team in Seymour, CT. As a Process Engineer, you will be part of the Engineering Department supporting the Production and Quality teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, effective communication, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.
Title: Process Engineer
Location: Seymour, CT 06483
Salary: $110,000-$140,000 + 9-12% Bonus
Relocation Available
Schedule:
- 1st Shift - 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
What's the Job?

Conduct root cause analysis on failures, identify solutions, and implement preventive measures.

Participate in Tech and Design Reviews of existing and new product introductions (NPI).

Evaluate and procure new equipment, and perform product and process validations.

Collaborate with maintenance teams to develop preventive maintenance plans.

Provide technical support to customers on design and manufacturability issues.
What's Needed?

Bachelors Degree in Engineering
-
2+ years as a Process Engineer
-
Experience with surface mount technology (SMT) manufacturing lines
-
Experience with printed circuit board assembly (PCBA)
