Family Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant Eaton, Colorado

Banner Health , serving six states with 33 hospitals and nearly 60,000 team members, is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide comprehensive primary care in Eaton, Colorado. Position Details

Full-time, outpatient, Monday-Friday

No nights, no weekends, minimal call true work-life balance

Patient volume: 18-20 patients per daymanageable and meaningful

Provide care for all ages, from pediatrics through geriatrics

Perform routine procedures including physicals, joint injections, minor dermatology services, and women's health

Collaborative care team including MAs, RNs, and administrative support

Access to continuing education and professional development opportunities
Position Requirements

Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) certification or Physician Assistant (PA) license with eligibility for Colorado licensure

DEA registration with prescriptive authority

Family medicine experience preferred (new graduates with strong training considered)

Strong communication skills and patient-centered approach
Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $120,000 $145,000 (based on experience)
