About the Role

We are seeking a strategic, hands-on, and data-driven Senior Manager, Marketing Analytics to help drive the growth, performance, and optimization of our credit card products. In this role, you will be a key analytical partner to our Growth Marketing, Product, Finance, and Executive Leadership teams. You will play a pivotal role in designing experimentation frameworks, analyzing acquisition campaign performance, and establishing the foundational reporting infrastructure needed to scale our card business.

This is a rare, high-visibility opportunity to join immediately following a new product launch and build marketing analytics capabilities in a greenfield environment from the ground up.

This is a hybrid role based in our San Francisco office 2–3 days per week

What You’ll Do

Marketing Performance & Campaign Optimization

  • Campaign & Channel Performance: Partner closely with Growth Marketing teams to analyze and optimize marketing campaigns, acquisition funnels, channel mix, creative performance, and customer acquisition costs (CAC) across direct mail, digital, and affiliate channels.

  • Optimization Engine Support: Collaborate across credit, finance, and strategy teams to support campaign launches and help refine targeting frameworks to maximize growth while maintaining risk thresholds.

  • Audience & Funnel Analysis: Conduct exploratory data analysis to uncover cardholder behavior patterns, audience segmentation opportunities, and application funnel drop-off dynamics. Experimentation & Strategic Insights

  • A/B & Multivariate Testing: Design, implement, and measure rigorous testing frameworks for marketing campaigns, targeting strategies, and creative assets.

  • Impact & Statistical Analysis: Perform detailed test reads and statistical analyses to determine significance, conversion impacts, and downstream business impact on marketing KPIs.

  • Executive Storytelling: Synthesize complex datasets into actionable, data-driven recommendations and deliver compelling presentations to leadership to guide marketing spend and strategy. BI, Reporting & Greenfield Analytics

  • Automated Reporting Infrastructure: Build and maintain comprehensive dashboards and automated reporting solutions (conversion funnels, transaction trends, and channel performance) from the ground up.

  • Self-Serve Analytics: Establish a clear reporting layer in our database so stakeholders across the company can easily understand business and campaign performance without writing SQL.

  • Data Standards: Partner with Data Engineering and BI teams to ensure data quality, standardized KPI definitions, and scalable attribution frameworks. What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, growth analytics, or business analytics.

  • Domain Knowledge: Experience supporting credit card, consumer lending, digital banking, or fintech products strongly preferred. Strong familiarity with card acquisition funnels, marketing channels (e.g., Direct Mail, Digital, Affiliates), and lifecycle metrics.

  • Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in SQL and Excel and experience working with large-scale datasets. Hands-on experience with analytical programming languages (Python or R) and visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.).

  • Testing & Analytics: Deep understanding of experimentation methodologies, statistical analysis, and campaign measurement.

  • Business Acumen: Understanding of unit economics basics (CAC, LTV, conversion rates) and how marketing performance directly impacts business growth.

  • Communication: Exceptional communication and storytelling skills with a track record of translating technical data into actionable insights for non-technical leadership.

  • Mindset: Highly organized, intellectually curious, and comfortable building from zero in a fast-paced environment. What We Offer You:
