As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a utility location, you will conduct routine patrols, monitor assigned areas, help deter security-related incidents, and support access control activities. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a utility location.

• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols and escalation procedures.

• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, grounds, access points, perimeter areas, and other assigned utility infrastructure locations.

• Monitor access to assigned areas, verify credentials as required, and report unauthorized activity, unusual conditions, and maintenance concerns.

• Prepare clear and accurate activity reports, incident documentation, and shift handoff information in accordance with site requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.

• Proof of a high school diploma or GED is required.

• Be at least 21 years of age.

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

• Access control and badge experience is preferred.

• Guard card is required.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
