Job Description
We are looking for a reliable Property Maintenance Technician to handle day‑to‑day repairs, upkeep, and general maintenance across our properties. The ideal candidate is dependable, skilled, and able to troubleshoot issues quickly and safely.
Responsibilities
*Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections on residential properties
*Handle basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC troubleshooting
*Complete work orders in a timely and professional manner
*Maintain grounds, including mowing, trimming, snow removal, and general exterior upkeep
*Keep maintenance areas, tools, and equipment clean and organized
*Communicate repair needs, supply shortages, and project updates to management
Qualifications
*Previous property maintenance or handyman experience
*Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general repairs
*Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and perform physical tasks
*Reliable transportation
*Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
*Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
