Full job description

Our client, a leading organization in commercial real estate management, is seeking a Property Administrator to join their team. As a Property Administrator, you will be part of the Property Management Department supporting property operations and tenant relations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Property Administrator

Location: Woodbury, NJ - MUST REPORT IN PERSON - NOT REMOTE

Pay Range: $25 - $28 hr

Shift: 8AM - 5 PM

What's the Job?

  • Provide administrative support to Property Managers, including processing invoices and maintaining accurate records.

  • Assist with tenant and property owner communications, preparing welcome letters, renewal notices, and other correspondence.

  • Coordinate maintenance dispatch and ensure tenant lease files and insurance certificates are compliant.

  • Maintain property records using YARDI and support accounting tasks such as billing, rent rolls, and tenant payments.

  • Prepare reports related to delinquency, rent increases, and contact lists, ensuring timely distribution and accuracy.

What's Needed?

  • High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.

  • Minimum of five (5) years experience in commercial real estate or a similar role.

  • Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and Adobe Standard

  • Experience using YARDI and AI in a business setting

  • Strong attention to detail with excellent client-service, organizational, and communication skills.

  • Ability to interpret real estate leases and contracts is preferred.
