Overview Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Seven Hills Behavioral Health, an affiliate of Seven Hills Foundation

Position Summary In this role, you will provide essential medical care, health assessments, and education to individuals across our Behavioral Health programs. You will support daily health needs, promote overall wellness, and collaborate closely with program teams and community partners. This position offers meaningful autonomy within the field of case management while maintaining strong clinical and professional standards.

Responsibilities What You’ll Do

  • Provide routine health care, health promotion, and occasional emergency triage.

  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure individuals’ health and safety needs are met.

  • Assist in implementing federal and state health-related regulations.

  • Train staff to ensure competency in delivering safe, effective support.

  • Treat all individuals with dignity, respect, and professionalism.

  • Foster a cooperative, supportive environment aligned with Seven Hills Foundation values.

  • Obtain and handle blood specimens according to clinical standards.

  • Administer communicable disease testing and document results accurately.

  • Maintain confidentiality and integrity in all duties.

  • Perform additional responsibilities as needed.
