1st Shift: Monday - Friday from 5am-1:30pm. There will be overtime required outside of these scheduled hours (up to 10 hours a day and occasional weekend work).

As a pharmacy stocker, you will grab, cut open, and stock cases of product for our pickers to pull product from throughout the shift. You will be responsible for maintaining high levels of accuracy and performance to meet the needs of store orders while utilizing safe work practices. You may work in other areas or functions of the warehouse, as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Utilizing an RF, you will grab, open, stock and organize pharmacy products in designated areas.
  • Verify product information, lot numbers, and expiration dates.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory guidelines.
  • Maintain cleanliness of work areas during and at the end of each shift.
  • Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
  • Cross train in other warehouse duties, as necessary.
  • Work professionally with others in a very faced paced, team oriented environment. ​

Qualifications

  • Maintain a high level of accuracy for merchandise selected.

  • Maintain 100% or greater to performance standards.

  • Ability to work overtime as required.

  • Comply with all policies and procedures of the CVS Health warehouse and DEA regulations.

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.

  • Ability to read, write, and count accurately.

  • Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and professionally.

  • Good written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to lift/move totes/boxes/cases utilizing safe lifting techniques, with or without reasonable accommodation. (30lb minimum requirement, 50lbs regularly, 75lbs occasionally)

  • Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, squat, etc for long periods of time; must be performed safely with or without reasonable accommodation.

  • Ability to pass federal background check and drug screening as you will be working with prescription medication.

Education

  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.

The typical pay range for this role is:

$16.00 - $23.56

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
