Radiation Oncologist Opportunity

Join a Patient-Centered, Physician-Led Oncology Team

Spectrum Healthcare Partners is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Radiation Oncologist to join a highly collaborative, multidisciplinary cancer care team in beautiful Portland, Maine and/or Portsmouth, New Hampshire. This is an exceptional opportunity to practice cutting-edge radiation oncology while enjoying an outstanding quality of life in a supportive, physician-owned environment.

Position Highlights

  • Join an established, respected oncology program with strong referral relationships

  • State-of-the-art technology and modern treatment facilities, access to clinical trials enrollment and outstanding dosimetry, physics, and radiation therapist support

  • Collaborative care model with medical oncology, surgical oncology, and specialty support

  • Opportunity to participate in program development, clinical initiatives, and growth strategies

  • Three year to partnership (depending on experience and employment goals)

Clinical Practice

  • Broad scope of radiation oncology cases

  • Access to advanced treatment modalities including HDR brachytherapy, SBRT, SRS, SRT, and VMAT/IGRT

  • Collaboration with experienced physicists, dosimetrists, and radiation therapists

  • Emphasis on high-quality, patient-centered care

Qualifications

  • MD or DO degree and Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Radiation Oncology

  • Eligible for medical licensure in the states of Maine and New Hampshire

  • Strong clinical skills and a team-oriented mindset

Compensation & Benefits

  • $20,000 transition allowance

  • Compensation range of $275,000–$440,000 during the shareholder-track period, with compensation average of at least $750,000 upon transition to full partner status. Additional employment and compensation models can be considered during the recruitment process, depending on the applicant’s experience and career goals
