Staff Accountant
Job Description:
The Purpose of Your Role as a Staff Accountant
You'll help ensure the accuracy and integrity of the company's financial records while supporting the day to day accounting activities that keep the business running smoothly.
Working closely with the accounting and finance teams, you'll play an important role in maintaining accurate financial reporting, supporting month end close, and helping the organization make informed financial decisions.
This position offers the opportunity to build a strong accounting foundation while gaining exposure to multiple areas of the business.
What You'll Be Part Of
You'll support the accounting team through a variety of financial reporting and month end activities that contribute to accurate, timely financial statements.

Prepare journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and account analysis to support accurate financial reporting

Assist with month end close, financial reporting, variance analysis, and maintaining compliance with GAAP and internal accounting policies

Support fixed asset accounting, annual audits, and assigned accounting processes while helping identify and resolve discrepancies

Contribute to special projects, accounting research, and process improvements that strengthen financial operations
This position works closely with accounting and finance teams, providing opportunities to expand your technical accounting knowledge while contributing to the organization's financial success.
What We're Looking for in You

Associate's degree in Accounting required, Bachelor's degree preferred

Experience with general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, inventory, and financial reporting

Understanding of GAAP and standard accounting practices

Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and PivotTables

$56,863.05 - $85,294.57
The actual salary offer will vary by candidate based on a wide range of factors such as specific skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
