ABOUT THE POSITION
Position Overview: As BSA Assistant Manager, you will help lead Visions' BSA/AML/OFAC program by supporting compliance operations, guiding team performance, and strengthening risk mitigation across the organization. You will partner closely with the Director of Risk Mitigation, serve as a back-up to the Assistant BSA/AML/OFAC Compliance Officer, and play an important role in maintaining a strong culture of compliance through sound processes, training, and collaboration.
Position Type: Full-Time (40 hours/week). Monday to Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM
Compensation Range: $65,000 - $90,000/year (Exempt) Hiring rates may be dependent on a number of factors, including years of directly related work experience, education, geographic location or special skills
Location: Position is located in our Endwell, NY, Muhlenberg, PA or Saddle Brook, NJ. Some travel to Endwell, NY is expected.
What You'll Do
Lead and support the day-to-day work of the BSA team, including coaching, delegation, and performance feedback.
Serve as a point of escalation for complex BSA/AML/OFAC matters and help resolve issues across departments.
Help maintain compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal standards.
Review team output for quality, accuracy, and timeliness, and support ongoing process improvements.
Partner with the Risk Mitigation Manager and the Director of Risk Mitigation on policy, procedure, risk assessment, audit, and examination support.
Develop employee training and contribute to team development and succession planning.
What You'll Bring
Bachelor's degree with related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Prior leadership or supervisory experience.
Knowledge of BSA/AML/OFAC regulations and related compliance practices.
Experience with FRAML, case management systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong communication, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred
Master's degree in Criminal Justice, Fraud Investigation, Accounting, or a related field.
Certification for FRAML (ie: BSACS, ACAMS, etc.)
