Full job description

As a Lifeguard , you will monitor pools and water attractions, respond quickly to emergencies, and provide exceptional guest service while maintaining a safe and welcoming environment. If you enjoy working outdoors, staying active, and making a difference every day, this is the role for you.

What You'll Do as a Lifeguard:

  • Monitor pools and water attractions to ensure the safety of all guests.

  • Enforce water park and pool rules while promoting a safe and enjoyable environment.

  • Respond immediately to emergencies, perform water rescues, and administer first aid and CPR when necessary.

  • Provide outstanding guest service by answering questions and assisting guests throughout the water park.

  • Participate in required training, safety drills, and certification programs.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following all OSHA and company safety guidelines.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What You Will Bring as a Lifeguard:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • American Red Cross Lifeguard, CPR, First Aid, and AED certifications preferred but not required . Paid training and certification are provided prior to starting.

  • Strong swimming ability and the ability to react quickly and confidently during emergency situations.

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.

  • Strong time management skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to recognize unsafe conditions and respond appropriately.

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.

  • Valid Florida driver's license required to operate company golf carts.

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and assist in lifting or moving over 100 pounds with assistance.

  • Ability to work in wet, humid, outdoor environments and prolonged sun and heat exposure.

  • Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and flexible schedules as needed.

  • Required to pass a background check, drug test, and provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
