Job Title: Office AssociateJob Description
The Office Associate supports day-to-day internal office operations by coordinating employee moves, managing mail and deliveries, and assisting with general office services. This role helps ensure a clean, safe, and well-organized workspace while responding to operational requests from employees and leadership. The Office Associate works closely with vendors, facilities teams, and internal departments to keep office activities running smoothly.
Responsibilities

Coordinate and assist with employee moves, including arranging furniture setups and equipment relocation.

Receive, sort, and distribute incoming packages from vendors at designated dock locations.

Deliver mail across the campus and place items in employee mail slots in a timely and organized manner.

Support office maintenance tasks such as managing shredding bins, moving supplies, and keeping common areas stocked and orderly.

Provide general office services support by responding to day-to-day operational requests from employees and leadership.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace while following company policies and procedures.

Coordinate with vendors, facilities teams, and internal departments to support smooth office operations.
Essential Skills

Proven ability to perform administrative tasks and provide administrative support.

Experience with administrative assistance in a professional office environment.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Ability to perform accurate and efficient data entry.

Experience working in or supporting a mailroom or similar environment.

Strong work ethic with the ability to multi-task and manage multiple responsibilities.

Availability to commit to a minimum of 3 months (through November).

Work Environment
This role is fully on-site in an office environment, Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The Office Associate works alongside other office and facilities team members to support daily operations. The workspace includes typical office areas, mail and package dock locations, and common areas that require regular stocking and organization. The environment emphasizes cleanliness, safety, and adherence to company policies and procedures.

This is a Contract position based out of Ramsey, NJ.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
