Lead Production Carpenter – Put Your Craftsmanship to Work in One Location
Pay Rate: $25-$30/hr
Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM-4:30 PM, with overtime available on Fridays as needed
Assignment Length: Temp-to-Hire

Typical daily duties:

Lead a team of production carpenters while assisting with complex custom orders

Measure, assemble, and build custom wood products with a high degree of accuracy

Read and interpret blueprints and translate designs into finished products using industrial woodworking tools

Apply quality finish work and account for material variations to ensure exceptional craftsmanship
What we're looking for:

Extensive experience in cabinetry, joinery, woodworking, or finish carpentry

Ability to lead and support a team in a production environment

Strong blueprint reading skills and exceptional attention to detail and measurements

Experience producing high-quality finished products rather than rough framing or form construction
