Full job description

Title: Mid/Senior UXUI designer (international markets direction) We are looking for a mid-senior Product Designer with exceptional aesthetic sensibility and proven experience designing for international markets. You will take full ownership of end-to-end design for our overseas stablecoin payment app and card platform — from defining the visual system to delivering polished interfaces that build user trust and drive growth across global markets. The payment product's core value is trust. Your mission is to transform complex digital asset transactions into a world-class financial experience through refined visual details, fluid interactions, and interface logic tailored for global users. What You'll Do

  • Take full ownership of end-to-end product design: Deeply understand user pain points and product requirements, conduct competitive landscape analysis, and translate insights into clean, high-quality, high-fidelity UX/UI solutions — from early concepts and wireframes through to production-ready handoff.
  • Own the visual language: Define, build, and evolve a comprehensive design system and UI specification library that ensures visual consistency and quality at scale across all global surfaces.
  • Deliver for both platforms: Apply deep knowledge of iOS and Android design principles to produce platform-appropriate solutions from a unified brand foundation.
  • Ship with precision: Produce detailed Figma annotations, component specs, and responsive layout guidelines; apply solid understanding of screen density and asset adaptation for clean dev handoff.
  • Design for trust: Use color, typography, spacing, and graphic language deliberately to establish a professional, secure, and premium feel that gives users confidence when making high-stakes financial decisions.
  • Drive growth through design: Partner with growth and marketing teams to design compelling campaign visuals — referral programs, seasonal promotions, card customizations — that lift conversion and sharing.
  • Raise the bar on interaction quality: Collaborate with PMs to refine micro-interactions, transitions, and motion design that make financial operations feel seamless and engaging.
  • Design for a global audience: Account for multi-language rendering (including variable text lengths and RTL layouts) to ensure flawless visual presentation across countries and screen sizes.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of product design experience (UX + UI), with a portfolio of shipped, production-quality apps.
  • Demonstrable experience designing for international markets and global user audiences — required.
  • FinTech, digital banking, wallet, or large-scale consumer app experience preferred.
  • Exceptional visual craft — strong foundation in composition, color theory, and typography.
  • Expert-level Figma skills (required); motion tooling (After Effects, Lottie) a strong plus.
  • Sharp awareness of global design trends; preference for clean, modern, minimalist aesthetics.
  • Understanding of design psychology and the relationship between visual hierarchy and user behavior.
  • Portfolio must include: complete app commercialization case studies with design rationale, plus growth campaign visual work.

Nice to Have

  • Experience designing for regulated financial products or compliance-driven user flows.
  • 3D visualization or illustration capabilities.
  • Exposure to Web3, cryptocurrency, or digital asset product design.
