Position Overview
The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) provides consultation, training, behavioral evaluations, and develops and implements behavior intervention plans for students with academic and behavioral needs. The BCBA serves as a clinical educator who observes, assesses, and supports behavioral service delivery within the school setting.
Responsibilities

Conduct functional behavior assessments and behavioral evaluations

Develop and implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
-
Provide consultation and training to school personnel

Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
-
Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
-
Support behavioral programming and service delivery throughout the school environment

Ensure compliance with behavioral and educational best practices
Requirements
? Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification through BACB
? Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
? School-based behavioral experience preferred
? One year of pediatric experience preferred
? Compliance with all professional standards of practice
? Current CPR certification (if applicable)
? Current TB screening, PPD, or chest x-ray (if applicable)
? Current health certificate (if required by state or contract)
? Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements
? Must be at least 18 years of age

Minimum Requirements:

Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
-
Master’s degree in applied behavior analysis, teaching, psychology or related field

Preferred experience providing behavior analytic programs and services in schools

One (1) year minimum pediatric experience preferred

Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice

Current CPR if applicable

TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
