Position Overview
We're seeking dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to join a school-based team supporting students across K-12 grade levels in the Sacramento area. This is an excellent opportunity for clinicians who enjoy working with diverse student populations and want the flexibility to help shape their caseload preferences.
In this role, you'll conduct evaluations, provide direct therapy services, collaborate with educational teams, and help students develop critical communication skills that support academic and social success. The district is currently considering in-person candidates only .
Key Responsibilities

Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

Provide direct speech-language therapy services in accordance with IEP goals.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services and student progress.

Collaborate with teachers, families, administrators, and multidisciplinary teams.

Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student success planning.
-
Monitor student progress and modify treatment approaches as needed.
-
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, local, and professional standards of practice.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
-
Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) License in the state of assignment.
-
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred and may be required by state or contract.
-
Previous pediatric experience required.
-
Current CPR certification, if applicable.
-
TB questionnaire, PPD, or chest X-ray, if applicable.
-
Current health certificate, if required.
-
Must meet all federal, state, and local employment requirements.

Must be at least 18 years of age.
-
Adherence to all relevant professional standards of practice.

Caseload: TBD based on district need and candidate preferences

Compensation
Local Candidates
?? $70-$90/hour
Travel Candidates
?? $3,000-$3,500 Weekly Gross Pay Package
