Job requirements As an IT & Admin Associate , you'll own the day-to-day IT infrastructure and workplace operations, ensuring employees have the tools, support, and environment they need to do their best work. You'll work closely with the People, Finance, and Operations teams to manage assets, vendors, office infrastructure, and administrative operations.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage end-to-end IT operations, including laptop provisioning, onboarding/offboarding, asset lifecycle management, and employee support using Rippling .

  • Maintain IT inventory, procure laptops and peripherals, coordinate repairs, warranty claims, and ensure accurate asset records.

  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, Wi-Fi, networking, printers, meeting room AV equipment, and office infrastructure issues with minimal downtime.

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring the workplace is well-maintained, stocked, safe, and operational at all times.

  • Lead and coordinate the admin support staff while managing housekeeping, security, maintenance, internet, courier, pantry, and other facility vendors.

  • Own vendor management, including onboarding, negotiations, contract renewals, invoice verification, payment coordination, and SLA management.

  • Manage office procurement, from stationery and pantry supplies to furniture, IT equipment, and urgent business requirements.

  • Coordinate office maintenance, infrastructure upgrades, workspace setup, and facility repairs while driving cost-effective operational improvements.

  • Maintain documentation, SOPs, inventory records, and support compliance and internal audits related to IT assets and workplace operations.

The ideal candidate:

  • 3–6 years of experience in IT Support, Workplace Operations, Administration, or Facilities Management.

  • Hands-on experience with Rippling (preferred) or similar asset/MDM platforms.

  • Strong knowledge of MacBook/Windows device management, networking, and office IT infrastructure.

  • Experience in vendor management, procurement, invoice processing, and facilities administration.

  • Proven ability to manage office operations and lead admin support staff.

  • Strong ownership, organizational, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
